This alarm came a little after 4:00AM with the report of a person
choking. Dispatch broadcast that the phone line was open and an alarm
could be heard in the background. Medic 15 and Engine 15 arrived
on the scene and the Engine Co. Captain told Dispatch to transmit a
Level One response for a possible house fire. Shreveport - March 28,
